StarPilot,

Your remark that the purpose of this page was unclear. I just made it to remind me of some work to do. You refactored the WE-page, but I had laid down some thoughts on that page. I was afraid I should forget to work them out, if the former WE-page was only archived as a history page.

This isn't an alternative, it was a snapshot of the page influx, and was struck down by ConsensusByDefault as unacceptable. Are you positting that there is an alternative reality and this is the Consensus, or just not confident enough in your idea of the WE page to put it back to what you think it should be? ConsensusByDefault is to change or add on to the page, not post alternatives.

Check the current WE. Is it missing a concept of the WE? It has simply been refactored. Compared to this page, the only info I can think of that is missing is the "Who am I" sidebar (which is noted in the WE page's discussion tab), but that is because that info should be refactored into its own page and discussion. Would you like to write that article? Feel free. All are welcome to add and refine at WikiWorld.

So, why put this one snapshot here? What reason is it needed? And why wasn't that info added/refactored onto the WE page?

Another example of why KISS works better

StarPilot,
Your remark that the purpose of this page was unclear. I just made

as a history page.

You realize that you just gave yourself another example of why KISS works better in CollectiveIntelligence, don't you? The "original" KISS page had work to be done on it that was just awaiting someone to do it, but you restyled the page and lost all that. After all the discussion and noting the lost signal, I reset the WE page to what I thought was the current consensus. Last I looked, it hadn't been reset or edited since then, but the day is still young.

So, what Idea/Work is it that you think remains here that needs to be reworked in the future?
