Is there yet an XML DTD for describing Wiki instances?  If not, lets invent one collaboratively.  The idea is that we can create a (possibly distributed) data base for wiki instances that becomes a source of navigational information for [[WikiObjects]].

The information I'm most interested in is the location (url) of the page name list.  Why?  Because this is central to integrating information across multiple wikis.  With this information I could provide a service which adds the iconic 'sister-sites' links, like the ones on Ward's wiki, to any wiki I visit - and moreover I can choose which sister-sites I wish to see.  It's a step in allowing [[WikiObjects]] to extend basic wiki.

First then what information would it be nice to have about each wiki (please edit/modify).  Note that not all sysadmins will opt to provide info for all fields.
