[[AnewGoInc]] Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

Candidates/Nominations: [[StarPilot]]

---

What is Chief Foreign Officer? Secretary of state? We cant changed the ordinary meaning of CFO. Correction: It's best not to change CFO from meaning Chief Financial Officer, especially as [[AnewGo]] is already using the standard business set of acronyms.
*Sorry about that. I was thinking (mistakenly) in government terms, ie: The person who handles the connections between [[AnewGoBanks]] and [[OtherCountriesBanks]].

CFO is now Chief Financial Officer, not Chief Foreign Office as it was formerly listed when page was first created.

----

Now, I truly appreciate the vote of confidence and trust shown by being nominated, and I count it a true honor, but at this time, I don't agree with the [[AnewGoBank]] setting, as currently implemented. It currently seems to PAY all members of [[AnewGo]] @2000, at a unit which is equal to $1 Aus = 1 [[AnewGoUnit]]. (Reference, [[PhillipBannigan]]'s transferring $30 to [[AnewGo]] and being creditted with @30.) This implies that one could then transfer [[AnewGoUnits]] to local geographical currency, to do business on behalf of [[AnewGo]], say, and that just isn't going to work. The real world will want real money, which means it would have to come of out some pile of cash somewhere.

Once this issue of [[AnewGo]] Finances is addressed, perhaps then I could look into whatever it is that a CFO actually does. (I'm not familar with the responsibilities of such a role.)

---StarPilot
----
The CFO is ultimately responsible for investing the shared resources on [[AnewGo]] profitably. You must use our money to invest in a better future that profits us all. To be CFO you need an MBA or the desire and talent to go to http://CFO.com and [[Google:CFO+resources]] and assume best practices in all the CFO responsibility areas. We are all "assistant" CFO's, in that [[ConcensusByDefault]] is still the default, for [[AnewGoIncCFO]], as inaction (e.g. absenteeism) is not an option, and the collective can enhance any individual. Any volunteers?

====ToDo: invest the shared resources of [[AnewGo]] profitably
====
# establish credit union
# develop currency exchange (with [[AnewGoIncCIO]]) (open market of all currencies including [[NewMoney]])
# manage credit(currency) for member computer CPU and storage, etc. used by [[AnewGo]] or sold commercially.
# objectively evaluate profitability risks of all proposed [[AnewGo]] projects and other investments.
# manage diverse risks such that we at least break even within project groups, no matter what happens.
