As a contractor for Grand Union, I determined that there were major inefficiencies regarding warehouse selection sequencing as it related to transport labor scheduling and delivery appointment requirements.  Application of Business Process Modeling tools enabled us to design solutions and integration of automated data processing enabled implementation of the solutions in daily operations.  Productivity Improvements that resulted were a key component in the stabilization of service rates over an extended time frame, during a period of unprecedented economic inflation.  This, naturally, facilitated our sixteen year relationship with the customer.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
