Only a Chair may modify this page. After a [[MainMotion]] has been placed on the page [[NewMainMotions]] and seconded, it is moved from that page to this one by a Chair.

While it is here, changes to the motion may be suggested in normal wiki-style on the motion's page, but they are only suggestions, and the mover is entitled to have the final say on how it is worded (if there is a problem with someone editing the motion against the mover's will, the mover may email a Chair saying what the ''real'' text of the motion is). Seconders may withdraw their seconds if a motion if modified. If a motion is too long without enough seconds, a Chair may drop it out of the queue.

After Main Motions reach the top of the queue, they are moved from this page to [[CurrentMainMotions]] as spots on that page become available.

By general consent, a Chair may choose a motion that is not at the top of the [[MainMotionsQueue]] to be moved onto [[CurrentMainMotions]]. But, any one may make a [[PointOfOrder]] in [[PointsOfOrderMain]] that the motion is not at the top of the queue, and then the chair has the option either to

* put that motion back and replace it with the motion at the top of the [[MainMotionsQueue]]
* or to put that motion back and replace it with a special undebatable [[IncidentalMotion]] that the motion in question be [[FastTrack]] ed.
