<NewIdea> </NewIdea> These tags may one day be used by some algorithm to do some really cool things. They are a quick way of delimiting the raw material of thought in a way that might make it easier for one to come back and incorporate them into more developed and more useful forms.
Ideas are social, not individual. If I tell you something you don't already know you won't have the vaguest idea what I am talking about.
----
If I have not the common basis of understanding, it is true that I cannot understand your idea. That doesn't make the idea social. That makes communicating your idea to me, social.

Ideas are however, mental entities. Ideas shared can spread. They inhabit our [[GreyMatter]], and can use any medium of communication to spread to new [[GreyMatter]]. This concept is known as Memes.
