I don't see this as workable in the vision I have built of [[AnewGo]]. If [[AnewGo]] is [[ConsensusByDefault]], then just ONE person proposing something makes it Law, until someone else decides to Protest. That is in essence [[ConsensusByDefault]]. However, since people have to agree with the Proposal for it to be enforced, this yields two effective checks on the [[ConsensusByDefault]].<br />

For example, take a look at the [[AnewGoAct]] Date Standardization (found on [[AnewGoCongress]], I think). People that agree with it, will use that format. Those that don't, won't.<br />
<br />
People can enforce the Act (which has a simple majority of those that have bothered with it at this time) by editting all [[AnewGo]] pages with dates to the format. Those that don't want their dates in such a format can always edit the dates back.<br />
<br />
[[ConsensusByDefault]], by those concerned.<br />
<br />
This will be the model that prevails until such a time that [[AnewGo]] formalises an [[AnewGoPoliceForce]] to enforce [[AnewGoActs]] that are 'in force'. (For more on the concept of [[PoliceForce]], see [[PoliceForce]]. :-D)<br />
