Ray Tomes lives in New Zealand.

My interests centred around the study of cycles and this ranges over cycles in astronomy, economics, geology, history and physics. It began by my attempts to predict economic cycles using computers and resulted in the development of the Harmonics theory which turned out to be a theory that explained the structure of the universe. The universe, believe it or not, is nothing other than a giant musical instrument with a very special but predictable pattern of harmonically related oscillations which determine the structure of everything from galactic clusters to subatomic particles. Although this theory is properly called the Harmonics theory it may be alternatively known as the Big Bong theory====

Hi Ray Welcome to [[WikiWorld]]==== Your [[WSM]] stuff is welcome here and just the sort of thing [[WikiWorld]] is for. You will find, however, I am a tough adversary and I don't believe in waves at all. I do believe in alternations and harmonics so we do have some common ground. When I get a [[RoundToit]] I will debunk the idea that there is anything waving as there is nothing to wave in and nothing measureable varies like a sine wave. Additionally, have you thought about whether the [[WSM]] family of pages need a "CategoryWSM"? (Humm... not sure if you CAN Category [[WSM]] like that, as it isn't proper camel text. Curious. Further experimentional shows you may need to use something like [[CategoryWaveStructureMatter]] to gain proper automatic Wiki category capability.) Anyways, Categories allows a subset listing of a kind of pages. Check out [[CategoryCategory]] for more information on Wiki Categories. And check out the "Category Home Page" link I added below as a demonstration of Categories.

In addition, when are you starting your [[VirtualClassromWSM]] (or would you prefer [[VirtualClassroomWaveStructureMatter]]) ? Whichever, there's a forward declaratory link to it for you. ;-)

Hi [[StarPilot]], yes I understand about the describe page part being removed. I just left some in as a guide to the other WSM members (who have yet to arrive in droves) until they got the hang of things. But thanks for tidying up after me.

It seems to me that [[WSM]] is itself really [[CategoryWSM]] or whatever, isn't it?
However you state about "automatic" category capability - what is that? I don't get it. Why am I listed in the [[CategoryCategory]] page?

The problem with [[CategoryWSM]] is that it isn't good Wiki Camel Text. So it seems that it needs to be [[CategoryWaveStructureMatter]]... or [[CategoryWsm]]? Whichever you would prefer.

Yes, [[WSM]] is itself [[CategoryWsm]]. It seems to me that the Wiki Category functionality is meant to allow people to provide an organize to disparitely named pages. Such as "Home Pages". When you put a [[CategoryHomePage]] link on your home page, it will then show up on the main [[CategoryHomePage]]. It would be very convinent for the [[WSM]] related pages that somehow end up with a non ====WsmWhatever naming. (For instance, if someone starts a!FaqOfWsm or a sideline discussion that is relavent to [[WSM]] but isn't just a [[WSM]] topic so they named it differently.) It's merely a suggestion for you and your fellow [[WSM]] devotees and investigators.

You page currently shows up on the [[CategoryCategory]] page because we have linked to it. Category functionality is just a text search for back links to that Category page.
