----
Robert's Rules were originally intended for NON legislative bodies. I believe they are revised every 10 years, so their would be more recent versions than 1915. [[DaveChristenson]]

----
[[AnewGo]] may be a possibility to test a new structure since these rules are the basis of the present system. Which seems to lock into the absurd bi-party structure we see paraded as "democracy". We may need to look at why this occurs at which point in population growth an even more revised [[RobertsRules]] needs to be implemented to try to avoid the insane deadlock of the present structure. --PhillipBannigan

What are you talking about? What two party system? How are you arriving at that there are just two parties? Every participant is their own party in our current system. Commonality of opinion and beliefs creates consensus. ---StarPilot
