The problem is, the [[UnitedStates]] in the name. Even if you meant "states" as countries, it could still be seen by other countries as a biased organization toward the [[UnitedStates]]. [[UnitedCountriesOfTheWorld]]? This may take some thought...<br />

Well, the whole idea is to force the USA to join the USW, the name was chosen to make it more likely for them to join sooner. It also has USA 'like' balance of power. But the name really doesn't matter, what matters whatever it takes to get people/groups to join.<br />

What I'm saying, is that you take a country that hates the USoA. Take any country, Lets make on called "Stubbornberia". Now, the USoA wants Stubbornbreria to join the [[USW]], but they have troubling thoughts. The United States is backing it, the United States formed it. What if they joined, every time they proposed something the Us didn't like, they just shot it down?<br />

I'm not picking at your idea. The [[LeagueOfNations]] didn't fulfill it's requirements. The Un did for a bit, but is more angled to negotiating then solving problems.
