'Definition' A BlindSpotProblem is a problem which it is hard for you to see. For example everyone (apart perhaps from some advanced Yogis) carries excess tension as stress somewhere in their body. (hint: often lower back). Can you find where you yourself hold extra tension? Yeah, it's as easy as finding your visual blind spot. That is a BlindSpotProblem.
