EnmityAndDiscord

We are in the technological age. In War, soon will it be no longer nescessary to send troops over into battle, maybe just some airplanes, command people, and engineers (which we wouldn't even need if War would end, but that hasn't happened). I'm getting off track.

Between Warring countries, there is EnmityAndDiscord. The reasons stray from political, to religious, to rights.... anything. Relations between countries has a major impact on Wars, on thing the USW will need to fix.
