Usually, CurrentMainMotions are drawn from the top of the MainMotionsQueue.

However, if the chair wishes, when it is time to replenish the CurrentMainMotions from the MainMotionsQueue, they may choose to add a special incidental FastTrack motion in lieu of moving a motion from the MainMotionsQueue. The FastTrack motion moves that the next CurrentMainMotion be chosen to be a given motion which is not at the top of the queue. The FastTrack motion is undebatable and the VotingPeriod begins as soon as it is placed on the CurrentMainMotions page.

(the chair may actually break the queue ordering by general consent, but anyone may raise a PointOfOrder to force the chair to either follow the given ordering or to propose a FastTrack motion).
