Just log in as "yourdomain" for the domain yourdomain.com using whatever your main domain name and log into the main account using your password for that domain.

As soon as you log in to the brain you get choices on the left for user ids and choices on the right for domains.

Adding users

Add users is the top choice on the left. select that and hit submit on the bottom to add accounts for email, ftp and secure shell access.

Adding Domains

You must first purchase your domain name. If you have not done so, then go to http://TheRealNIC.com and register it there, then procede with the following.

The top choice on the right is "Add domain ", select that and hit submit at the bottom. Then put in CONSTRUCTIONJUNCTION1.COM for the domain, select a password and submit. Your domain will be set up in an hour or so but it may take longer before you can use it.
