It has been a privilege, to be challenged by a career that covered the full spectrum of perspective in enterprise organizational behavior. From senior level management to blue collar labor to entrepreneur, industry experience in the commercial logistics, warehousing/distribution, general transportation, and the motor carrier segments, has enabled broad reaching expertise in information technology, general business systems, finance, sales/marketing, human resources and labor relations.

These resources create value for an organization by leveraging the Management Team’s articulation of their vision for the future, facilitating consensus on strategic plans to realize that vision, and organizing and implementing those strategic plans, while managing the human side of change.

As an Enterprise Architect, systems integration through information technology has been the challenge, team motivation, a specialty, customer-relations, a pleasure, and the Federal Register, the guidebook. The result is a unique set of skills and expertise designing and developing processes and organizational infrastructures that have improved productivity, increased efficiency, enhanced quality, and strengthened financial results.
