So far, we have... a statement of one MetaProblem for Africa :
about the actions (overt and otherwise) of (neo)colonial interests to direct the outcome of African conflicts - or direct the conflicts for economic and political gain. These processes of colonialism have a very real modern resonance. They continue to be the dominant problem (MetaProblem).
The problem is larger than African conflicts - it involves the negotiation of all conditions and relations.
Despite the emergence, understanding, and analysis of a new dialectic, the older persists. (Dialectic logic cannot be exclusively applied)
