AggregateReligion

From WikiWorld

AggregateReligion is my theory that all the primitive cultures of our world experienced something they could not understand, and that that is what makes up all religion.

Even MonoTheistic religions have lesser good and evil beings (angels/demons). And PolyTheistic religions often have a main god (Marduk/Zeus/Ra).

In my opinion there is no difference between most MonoTheistic and PolyTheistic religions, and that all of the different religions are actually just different interpretations of a single truth.

Because of recurring patterns from religions, I have concluded that a perfect world was created by the GodOfGods first, where there was no good or evil, and that this wasn't good enough for whatever beings inhabited it. Then these beings created earth, and created humans (or became them) and for the inability of these beings to accept the perfect world, they were punished.

And that is pretty much the aggregate of all the first books/chapters of all written religions.

Then the lesser beings (the ones that lived in the first world) decided to help humanity out (), and these beings are re-born until the end.

"Being's" created the Earth? Get your story straight, RandomNess.

In religion, there are many creationalism theories. Taking Judaism as an example, they believe that God created the earth in six days and rested on the seventh. This may or may not be true, Who knows? But it's their belief about creationalism.

Science has many theories on how the universe was created, on of them the BigBangTheory, that the universe was made by combustion. Again, who knows? We weren't around then====

Science and Religion are two different things. You cannot combine them. --KenSchry

Of course, not=== - So many scientists and preachers would suddenly be unemployed==== ;-) If we would tune our minds on this wavelength, we would have to spend our daily life only with joy, arts, and party - sounds like the LordsKingdom, no way!! ;-) - No, seriously: All religious experiences are based on the one MysticExperience and can be explored by humanities (don't know if this is the right word for german "Geisteswissensschaft", i mean theosophical and anthroposophical apapproaches recommendation for scientifical interested people: KenWilber's approach of an IntegralPsychology (TranspersonalPsychology). - FlorianKonnertz, 03-05-06

See Bahai http://www.bahai.org/ which is essentially an AggregateReligion

  • Bahai - This is really nice. - FloK

And yet we see the cosmic microwave background radiation evidence of the big bang. Common sense tell us that a cooling, expanding universe started small and hot. We are all Diests with analogous stories of creation.

The disciples asked Jesus, "Why do you speak to us in parables?", he answered something like, "The Truth is beyond words, parables can be understood, and lead to Truth." (ablibbed from the Gospel of Thomas)

- Edit 8/29/04 - HartWick - Matthew 13:10-11 - And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

We share the unknowable GodOfGods, GodTheCreator, the SpritOfLife and HumanSpirit.

A creed of InformationPhysics is "No Information without Representation", but this is not entirely correct. Memes allow parables to reveal unspeakable truth. They are the body of Spirit that is manifest through Life and directs its course.

  • Unspeakable truth? Or merely a thought or idea that we cannot more plainly communicate. Perhaps there haven't been invented and carried through into language the proper words?
  • Or there are ideas that are simply beyond statement in a finite number of words and get new meaning over time.

Atheism worships the UnGod, we are all Diests, and the SpiritOfLife lives in us.
