Can this company be registered?

I suggest registering in a country that recognizes the nation, but that may not be possible yet.

I suppose Delaware is inexpensive.

If AnewGo is land, why don't we register AnewGoInc there?

AnewGo is NOT land. AnewGo may own land someday but it is people not land.

To be multi-national it should be incorporated in at least two countries, ideally many countries.

AnewGoToDo: determine best legal structure, c corp, llc, investment club, credit union, etc. in various states / countries.

Fine then, not a land. But call it a group at least, not "people".

Explain to me how Christopher Columbus is not the originator of the European lineage of a "people" who are now described as "Americans"?

A "people" can obviously come from very small origins.
