Belief is Power
Describe Belief is Power here.
When enough people believe - God will come down from heaven and save us.
If you have faith as a tiny mustard seed you will move mountains -- Jesus
Such belief is accepting that which is greater than self and becoming a part of its power
He who would be saved shall be lost.
The meek shall inherit the earth.
Because the rest of us are going to the Stars|.
Why does that Biblical line about the meek inspire so much ridicule? Besides, what makes you think the assertive fraction of humanity you royally refer to in the first person plural as |"the rest of us|" would accept you as one of their own?
The adventurous will be those that leave. In time, 'WE' should figure out how to get off this little speck and go out to other little specks. Those that stay behind will certainly be called meek. Where was anything being ridiculed? It wasn't. I was stating an accepted projection of the future: the meek of humanity will stay on the earth when 'WE' finally achieve becoming a stellar and interstellar society.
As improbable as it is, existence is magnificent, on earth, as in the heavens. For this we share ThanksGiving. The world of the meek shall be non-confrontational, live and let live, with win win win economics sustaining the growth of the life organism across the galaxy and beyond.
