==Uses == Deciding on a name for a project (far more important than many people realise). Enumerating possible threats or possible outcomes. Questioning / exploring design constraints by exploring 'off-the-walls' solutions.

• One person facilitates, recording ideas on a flipchart.
• There is an ethos of no-censoring. Ideas are not evaluated, only put forth.
• Organisation of the ideas is at the level of grouping related ideas together.
