My mother underwent triple bypass surgery on the eighth of February and is recovering slowly. We have been commuting to New Jersey in order to share in the joy over each step of improvement in her health. It seems that she may have had a mini stroke during the procedure, which has affected speech and strength in the right side of her body. Her heart and respiration are strong and she is alert and responsive.
