From WikiWorld

This http://www.segway.com/ plus this http://www.usatoday.com/usatonline/20030709/5307598s.htm plus this http://www.computer-forums.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5899 plus this http://www.essentialreality.com/images/glovephotolrg.gif plus this http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/screenshots/2/197142/doomii_screen002.jpg equals load of fun.

I would be suprised if someone hasnt already dreamed this up. It will happen in our lifetimes. Even yours Jim. I plan on living for a couple of melinia anyway.  :-) Have a wiki of a day all. --DavidSiegel

LMAO! So your saying we can play Doom on 5 jointed cheap big screen TVs and shoot using glove technology? (Couldn't fit the scooter in there it would be too wacky even for me) --KenSchry

The scooter doesn't take you anywhere we just use the gyro tech to tell the puter where to take us in the 3D environment with force feedback to relate back to us bumps in the road. And its not doom its the best 3D immersive experience available. If you would rather do something useful with it, set it up to control automated robots on mars or in space. Use your imagination to fill in the rest of the blanks. The point: The technology is either available or just on the horizan; all we have to do is dream it. --DS

btw SP, A new security issue I discovered while messing around, if you edit WikiWorld login cookies you could be anyone really. Fancy that. :-/

Gee, there's a surprise. Considering I can just login as you, KenSchry at the WikiWorld login bit. That's what happens with no passwords and no security codes. :-)

---StarPilot (for the first time on this page)

LOL, I know sorry. I realized I forgot to remove that cookie after I was done messing with it =D. And, yes it does present a security issue, which is why I'm hoping the next release of TikiWiki would be a bit more bug-free, as a posssibly option to change to (Not for AnewGo, for WikiWorld). --KenSchry

Why change for WikiWorld? Didn't we discuss this previously? I can see it for AnewGo, as that is somewhat more seriously in need of knowing who said what (well, for voting and whatnot), but for WikiWorld? So long as we keep a good backup of our source safe, we should be alright, shouldn't we? The worst thing that can happen is some bored kid comes in and vandalises the place. Then we just restore WikiWorld to prior to their visit. What more is there? ---StarPilot

Mainly because TikiWiki has more integrated features than PhpWiki. You can do more with the WikiPages, plus the other features.

Er... we can do more with WikiWorld pages under what? PhpWiki or TikiWiki?

Under TikiWiki you have more features.

Take for example:
