Program Manager

I have had the opportunity, while filling various roles in transportation management, human resources, and loss prevention, to manage a variety of Information Technology Programs. I have been able to design, develop, and implement hardware configurations and software applications that leveraged my managerial effectiveness. These programs included daily warehouse selection sequence, driver hours of service, store order consistency and scheduling analysis, driver qualification and personnel information databases, delivery routing information databases, incident/accident/injury information databases, order processing/invoicing system, customer service information databases, chemical container inventory system, fleet maintenance and repair systems, and fleet inventory information databases. I also managed the development of a web hosting service providing domain registration, server space and web development (e-commerce). As a result I have gained experience in project management, resource management (outsourcing/teaming), system configuration, network administration and best practices in migration.
