Attn: Human Resources Representative,

I recently relocated to Northern Virginia and now have an opportunity to consider a career transition from the Transportation Industry into areas of greater interest to me. As a specialist in management and organizational development, I bring knowledge and experience in Information Technology, logistics, general business systems, finance, Human Resources and labor relations with me to my new residence in the Washington D.C. area.

Attached is a copy of my personal resume. I am confident about the depth of proficiency I can bring to any team. I have left no component of the commercial logistics, warehousing/distribution, general transportation, and motor carrier segment untouched over the last thirty years. Systems integration through information technology is my specialty. Team motivation is what I enjoy. Customer-relations comes naturally. The Federal Register has been my guidebook. This is particularly notable at a time when Homeland Security issues and projects require expertise from the private and commercial industry segment. I have an active permanent FBI access clearance.

In order to keep skill sets sharp and meet all the requirements of prospective employers, I have applied for and been accepted into the Metro Tech program. As a participant of this program, I am eligible for employer-customized Information Technology training funded 100% by Metro Tech. In addition to this, I am an active candidate in Smart Force Institute training.

Thank you for your interest and valuable time. I remain open to any reasonable offer of compensation and able to commence in any reasonable time frame. I look forward to the opportunity of further discussions.

Best regards,

WILLIAM WHITESCARVER Organizational Management Specialist
