Fagundes' lattice is too complete in comparison to the QuantumEventTimeSpace WhitescarverModel, as it is quantized only by the Planck length (maximum energy) apparently rather than just making a lattice of the space time actually manifest by events.

The work is impressive, seems substantiated by recent analysis of Lorenz invarience The Motion of the Solar System and the Michelson-Morley Experiment
