THE PLAN

In order to take advantage of this opportunity, an “eligible” organization must be “started” in very short order. A management team has to be assembled immediately. Electric utility providers must be solicited to partner the projects. The project plans must contain all the elements required to apply for grant/loan funding. Venture funding must be acquired in order to pay the management team for their time and expenses, to pay for professional services required, and to meet the matching funds requirements of the projects.
