I would be hesitant to name the UN as the NationalRepresentationOfTheWorld in this WE. I know points/arguments to do so, but if this is about self-determination, remember that the minority of nations that are in the UN are self-determined by their own people. Most are under some form of imposed will of the few on the many, and do not allow the majority of the ruled to have any self-determination.

I would think that until a better national representation comes around, the UN will do, but only until something more in keeping with the spirit of this site's declaration comes along.

As far as the World Court goes... that seems to have it's own set of problems.

What is the difference between National and Popular representation?

That's the point of multiple branches Star, the UN represents the member countries, not necessarily the people, just as the senate in the US represents the states and the congress represents the populous. Here, RepresentativesOfTheWorld represent the people. I'm not sure how an organization with a mandate to represent all fairly, even where free elections are not possible, can work, but that is what I envision RepresentativesOfTheWorld to be. The UN is the USW compromise to represent the Sovereign rights of nations. The RepresentativesOfTheWorld is the attempt to give power to the populous. I don't know if the World Court is a reasonable body to support, USW can always have its own on-line courtroom. -- JimScarver

The US will not buy in to international law until such law has the power and the will to protect the right to self-determination of the peoples of the world.

As all rule is ultimately subject to the will of the people, WE the CitizensOfTheWorld stand united in defending our self-determination and SocialContract and outlaw war as a means of resolving disputes between nations. We are all citizens of the USW.

We will reach out to our antisocial children anywhere in the world, with education and understanding, as well as just consequences for antisocial action, and the protection of each other against antisocial action, but never revenge or punishment.

Children of the world join together to create a world of peace where we can all enjoy TheGoodLife.

I'd like to make a philosophical (language, identity (?)) remark: An own definition of all states of the world is naturally not necessary, as there are no "others" left to exclude. So if all states of the world are united (which they already are, depending on your state of mind :),

So you might regard the world as already united. A written and common law is super fluent in the sense as there IS a law ruling every being and everything, the spiritual laws. All people who have entered this state of mind already will approve that all organizations (ie. UN), parties and other (outer) approaches (NewWorldOrder) etc. who have such an approach in mind will disappear in the same degree as the number of peoples with this consciousness increases. - FlorianKonnertz, 030506

Unfortunately I find the flag offensive, and probably a large percentage of the World population will too. It seems to speak of a cultural hegemony of the USA. Though it could represent a satirical look at the present state of affairs of the UN.

One idea may be to incorporate USW in AnewGo as a non-profit organization (much like the UN itself) seeking representation from member nations as an alternative to the UN.

Hi all. I have some problems in understanding the purpose and sense of the USW approach. It sounds like creating a man-made world government. Is this right? If not please correct me. - Of course all such approaches must fail, the world and men will change from inside. To speak personally: I asked me what do i have to do to make a NewWorldOrder real: I just care for my direct personal relationships and for nothing more, so i decided not to go to elections anymore for it is not important for me which person is the president (or another civil servant) - i assume everybody does his/her best at his place as i do. If a decision of an office touches me directly and i feel treated unjustly then i start fighting with the responsible person so he/she can learn from it. - The consequence of acting this way is the weakening of the artificial hierarchical system and abuse of power and sooner or later the states/countries and governments (Germany in my case) will vanish and the world will be "united" automagically. :-)

I hope you could understand the above and you could grasp an idea of what i mean. These things are SO hard to express. If not, please let me know====

Indeed the CitizensOfTheWorld already exists in an abstract sense, and we effect it in our daily integrations, promoting our principles and interests locally. NetworkTheory tell us that these small perturbations can make a dramatic effect in global systems.

People are becoming facilitated by interest. The Internet is helping groups or ordinary citizens organize and promote ideas internationally, a privilege once reserved for the wealthy corporations and individuals.

But the world is still run by the bullies and we are exploited daily by those who free they can impose their will on others. The USW does not represent what the US has become, bully of the world, but it does represent what the US was supposed to become, those principles of the American revolution for which many of us are still fighting. The USW simply extends this fight to the international arena in a world that is suddenly international.

WE have always had the power to hake the world from the bullies. The majority seek not to bully or be bullied. There are organizations, Mafia, corporate bullies, and even government enforcing its will on us against our will daily. The majority do not want to send their children to die fighting against the self determination of any people anywhere. If it means we can live the way we choose, then we are willing to let you live the way you choose. WE ultimately just wish to live and let live, supporting the diversity which makes us strong.

Taking power from the bullies could easily make us the bully. Live and let live has limits, but limits that must be minimized for live and let live be a reality. Aside from murder and enslavement of others, there is no absolute limits on live and let live limitations. Wearing cloths, for example, might be something the majority wants to enforce on everyone. But the principle of self determination implies decentralization, and must be certain that we don't enslave African natives to wear clothes, let local communities set the moral standards rather than be subject to the TyrannyOfTheMajority.

It is not a new world order, it is more an acknowledgement and support of the world disorder, organized as a ChaoticSystem, without central control, based on common principle and the objective criteria of our SocialContract, not what people believe this week.

The USW I envision as a global champion of freedom, granting fair representation to all interests with or without their cooperation, united to defend our self-determination, to sustain the resources of our planet and our diversity. JimScarver 03-09-13
