MediaWiki has a special page, called List of blocked IP addresses and usernames.

Below is a relict from PhPWiki: This page we will list all of the Wiki-terrorists, Vandalizers, and such that have been blocked from WikiWorld. These people under the same IP have had three strikes against them (I couldn't convince JimScarver to put them on here on the first offence). We will list only the HumanAnimals Alias, IP address, and reason for blocking.
