WikiRiculum
Perhaps a VirtualClassroom could use a curriculum, or at least a lesson plan. WikiWiki may play a role in curriculum development. [[1]] has worked wonders for encyclopedia development. Encyclopedia, if I'm not mistaken, means something like "well rounded education". The idea behind wikiriculum could be a "well sequenced education". At this point it should pointed out that any understanding of what constitutes a logical sequence of topics is largely a matter of opinion. Nevertheless, teachers' experience with students may provide some clues as to "what works". |LorraineLee Wikipedia believe wikification may also provide clues as to where are the "Grundlagen" (stuff lying on the ground?). I suspect the strategy for identifying these Grundlagen may have something to do with seeking less the tightly bound mat-like structure of the wikipedia, in favor of converging and sometimes intersecting "linear" paths through the structure. The intersecting part reflects the likelihood of the inevitable multiple viable paths, which is probably a good thing.
Wikiriculum applies WikiNorms to the ClassRoom and CurriculaDevelopment. Wikipedia is a nice compliment.
Perhaps great minds think alike. It seems Lawrence Lessig has also coined the word '[wikiriculum].'
