The GodOfGods is a supreme being, the consciousness that thought-up existence. Ra, Brahman, God, etc.

see RandomNess's AggregateReligion.

To say that the GodOfGods created the other viewpoints, that would mean you, RandomNess, have an inner viewpoint of the earth's workings.

If you go around telling people that the GodOfGods created their religion, they'd just probably kick you out of their house. You ask an Anchient Egyptian follower about one god? Even the other religions (Judaism, Catholocism, Christianity) will tell you that God created the earth, and the stars, and the heavens above, but that HumanBeings chose how to worship their belief. --KenSchry

Aren't we funny creatures ;) We seem to think sounds coming out of mouths or a string of black marks are actually important. God is a word, it seems to me to express an idea of something unknowable ie. (x) with the loading of "good" which is very difficult to define. so:- (x)=good

(x) also fills a cosmological role as a Creator for Creatures, (the word "creatures" means "created beings"). --- Now some societies believed in a mutiplicity of powerful Beings who they ascribed natural phenonema and powers over "creatures". eg Thor, Prometheus, etc. but these stuctures though fullfilling the cosmological role do not classify as "unknowable" since they had defined characteristics. so the notion of GodOfGods is brought into being to account for the existance of many beings, and mystery.

The problem with mulitiplicity of beings is fragmentation of society into groups of followers, so Zoroastrians become the first Historically recorded group of people to believe in the harmony of one mysterious god. eg. (x)=god

Now Good still is too wooly to define, so i'll attempt to define it as "healthy" or "growthful" and "harmonious". --- True if we look at Old Testament writings God is quite a force to reckon with in the relationship with humanity. We seem to be causing many a scrape and enduring catastrophies. --- If you imagine "god" as a Parent with death only being something that itself is not "bad" (only transforming a creature from one state to another) then we can see the stories are all about relationship. --Phil
