Seems like AnewGo can be confiscated / denied service by anyone who gets it in their head to tilt at it. More likely, inner dissent and friction will do it in before it goes anywhere. In a non-virtual nation you have helpful people in wigs and dark places with rats to scare poorly-intentioned folks into agreement with the consensus of opinion. How will AnewGo do it?

AnewGo has no need for a PoliceForce. The (Country?) of AnewGo has no borders, so what do you need to defend? In a way, it's like an old Mormon idea that everything is everyones, there is no ownership. Mi casa su Casa.

You aren't supposed to be enforcing consensus. That creates dissent. It is better to reward behavior you approve of, and tax bad behavior. See SkinnersLaw for more details/discussion.

If AnewGo stays virtual, then those that do not wish to cooperate/participate in AnewGo will simply leave. Those that stay to be AntiSocial inside the AnewGo community will still be participating in AnewGo.

Remember, there is no such thing as a bad apple in AnewGo. Anyone that participates is a citizen. No 'Citizens of good standing' and 'Citizens of bad standing'. Just AnewGoCitizens. (If I understand it all correctly, anyways. ;)

AnewGoCitizens obviously enjoy the legal rights of the geographical state they reside in due to the concept of ExtraLaw. Any problems purely within AnewGo will be resolved in AnewGoCourt. A situation may come about where a AnewGoCourt ruling is at odds with a geographical state court ruling or Law, in this case it will have to be resolved in the International Court with attention to NewLaw and International Law.

AnewGo needs a PoliceForce to preserve and protect but we must insure that citizens never become victims of the police.

As a virtual state we need only protect our computer systems and networks.

As a UN member we will be part the international police. This is the only case there AnewGo enforcement would possibly use lethal force.

Bullies will aways be a problem in all human activities. AnewGoLaw will serve to minimize the advantage bullies have in our human activities. When needed we will need the means of standing up against bullies in a lawful manner. We need to consider cases where extreme measures may be needed.

Should one citizen deny rights to another citizen according to our social contract, the parties are encouraged to settle the matter between themselves. If they fail to reach an understanding they may bring it to AnewGoCourt. If the court agrees that the social contract has been violated and they convicted refuses to cease and desist, the convicted may be exiled from AnewGo by the court. We need the infrastructure to enforce such exile in our electronic world. We defer to local authorities with respect to AnewGo properties located within other sovereign nations.

I think the powers of the AnewGoSecurity needs to be very narrowly defined. Or you are destroying AnewGo before it has even started.

I furthermore think it is anti- ConsensusByDefault to 'OutLaw' any AnewGoCitizen==== You are providing the mechanism to allow any particular GreatestMinority to futher strengthen itself forcefully, in opposition to the dissenting opinions within the Consensus. If someone is a disruptive idiot, that just means the other AnewGoCitizenry will avoid that person, and not cooperate with that individual. Eventually, isolated and ignored, such an individual should wander off to do something else for their own amusement. And in time, they may mature and become more productive members of the Consensus.

Concensus by default enables action, it does not solve disputes. Our goal is to handel disputes the best way possible. We need to define common principles, e.g. SocialContract so that objective criteria can be applied by the court. If I accuse you of being a bully the court might make a restraining order for you leave me alone. But since the bully can get anybody in to the court, consensus is highly improbable. Proof will generally be required to get NearConsensus.

Being a bully is not very cool. We can treat bullies without police action. And the police action can be one of understanding, helping individuals to learn to live in harmony. WE love people even when they are bad. To achieve this we must build in ACLU dilligence in protecting human rights.

I think it can be more subtle than that, AnewGo is an idea that we can build something new. Let's not confuse the present discussions and ideas with what may come. The idea may need defense, because that is the point of departure to start action. If the arguement of speculation of failure in the future is used to defeat any action then nothing happens. This seems to be the most dangerous thing to the existence of AnewGo.

Ah. Well, then, have fun. If you have decided AnewGo's digital presence needs protecting, that sounds to me like backups. Daily or weekly (or even monthly) depending on the amount of change at that digital site. That's generally all that you need to worry about, so long as you don't own the server that hosts AnewGo.
